How we would work together

We begin with a conversation about the occasions you have coming up, the people involved and how hands-on you would like to be. Some clients like to see a short selection to choose from. Others prefer to give me a budget and leave the choice with me. Either way works.

For regular gifting, I put together a simple calendar for the year ahead and get in touch before each date with ideas, so you only need to say yes. Everything is handled discreetly, and your contacts and preferences stay private.

Gifting can be a stand-alone arrangement or part of wider Private PA support.

Questions

Do you only help at Christmas?

Not at all. Christmas is busy, but much of my gifting work is spread across the year: birthdays, anniversaries, thank-yous and family occasions.

Can you help with a single gift?

Yes. Some clients come to me for one important occasion, such as a milestone birthday or anniversary. Others prefer ongoing support for the whole year.

How far ahead should I get in touch?

The earlier the better, particularly for personalised or commissioned pieces and for December. That said, I can often help at shorter notice.

Do you send gifts abroad?

Yes. I arrange delivery in London, across the UK and internationally, and can advise on timings and customs for overseas recipients.

How is gifting charged?

It depends on the scope: a single occasion, a set number of gifts, or an annual arrangement. We agree this at the start, and the cost of gifts is always agreed with you before anything is bought.
