Who I am
This website belongs to Michelle Cruz-Garlick, an independent fractional and interim senior support professional based in London. You can reach me at info@michellecruzgarlick.com.
What data I collect
This site collects personal data in two ways:
- Contact form — your name, email address, and the message you write, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- The Library registration — your full name, email address, position or role, and industry sector, collected when you register to access The Library's downloadable templates. You are also asked to tick a consent box before submitting.
No other information is gathered automatically.
Why I collect it
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Library registration data is used to provide you with access to templates and to send you occasional relevant updates from Michelle Cruz-Garlick, where you have given explicit consent. Position and sector information helps tailor what is shared with you. Your details will not be passed to third parties.
Lawful basis for processing
Contact form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to a direct enquiry). Library registration data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to info@michellecruzgarlick.com.
How long I keep it
Contact form correspondence is kept only for as long as is necessary to handle your request and any follow-on engagement, and deleted within twelve months if nothing further comes of it.
Library registration records — including the timestamp and consent record — are retained for as long as your consent remains active. If you withdraw consent, your record will be deleted within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. No cookie consent is required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data I hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please write to info@michellecruzgarlick.com and I will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, the updated version will appear on this page with a revised date.
