I have spent over twenty years in and around private households and hospitality, across private and UHNW household support, restaurant operations and consulting, hotels and events. That range means I understand both the front-of-house polish and the quiet systems that hold a home or a business together.

I work hands-on and discreetly, and I care about continuity: the standards that hold when no one is watching, the handovers that go smoothly, the details that make daily life run well. My work comes through trust, referral and long-term relationships, and that suits how I work.

Based in London, I am available for work across Europe and for travelling engagements.
