How we would work together

I begin by understanding your requirements, your team and how the household currently operates. From there we agree the scope, the arrangement and the priorities.

Engagements can be interim, fractional or project-based. Where it is appropriate, I combine management with SOP training, so the routines we put in place are understood by the people who carry them out.

It means senior household oversight for part of the week or month rather than full time. We agree the time and the level of involvement that suits your household.

Can you cover while we recruit?

Yes. Interim cover is a common reason to get in touch, whether a manager has left, is away, or a new appointment is still being made.

Do you work with our existing staff?

Yes. I work alongside the team already in place, supporting them rather than replacing them, and helping to clarify routines and responsibilities.

Do you work outside London?

I am based in London and available for engagements across Europe and for travelling assignments.
